A CUTE SET by DANA will do its best to give all clients at least a four (4) hour notice if their appointment needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather — for example, heavy rains, flooding, thunderstorms, snow storms, blizzards etc.

If you have an appointment and you know that you cannot make your appointment due to any severe weather, send an email as soon as possible. The normal 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply where there is inclement weather.

Requests for reschedule will be respected even if bookings are open for that day. The nail tech/manicurist may not live within your area and if it is deemed unsafe to travel outdoors, your appointment will be rescheduled even if you feel that you could make it.
