CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS are to be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment time to NOT incur a fee.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of  $25.00.
Appointments cancelled 4  hours before the scheduled time will incur a  cancellation  fee of 20% of the appointment cost.
Appointments cancelled 1-2  hours before the scheduled time will incur a  cancellation  fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
Appointments cancelled at the time of the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment cost.


PLEASE NOTE:

Appointments will automatically be cancelled and incur 100% of the appointment cost for any of the following reasons when the Nail Technician/Manicurist is on-site and ready to carry out the scheduled appointment:

  • If the client has a nail condition (fungus, infection, rash etc.) that is suspected may be contagious or unsafe to work on.

  • If the client has any open or infected wounds on their hands and or feet where the service will take place.

  • If the client is ill with health and may be contagious, or could be harmed by the service.

  • If the Nail Technician/Manicurist has to wait on the client 10-15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, without prior knowledge.

  • If anyone demonstrates any form of inappropriate behavior towards the Nail Technician/Manicurist.
