RESCHEDULES are to be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment time in order to not incur a fee.
Appointments rescheduled 4  hours before the scheduled time will incur a  cancellation  fee of 25% of the appointment cost.
Appointments rescheduled 1-2  hours before the scheduled time will incur a  cancellation  fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
Appointments rescheduled at the time of the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
